Angel Rasco, MSW, LCSW

I love tea, hammocks, and all the grandma crafts, including quilting, pickling, and I am currently attempting gardening.

Starting therapy can feel really overwhelming. Where to start, who to trust, will the person listen, and will it help, are very valid and scary questions. The weight of grief or constant anxiety or the struggle to manage daily stress or complex family dynamics, can also make it hard to ask for help.

I specialize in these challenges, with a focus on children, adolescents, adults, LGBTQIA+ unique issues, children and adolescents as well as adults, and I want to provide a safe space.

I work with people, often new to therapy, to process through emotions, to help them understand themselves better, build coping skills, and help create healthy communication skills. I want to offer a safe space for those that are nervous about going to counseling and for those that have maybe tried therapy before with mixed results.
