Many of the clients I work with struggle to feel safe in their own bodies and relationships due to early experiences of neglect, abuse, or emotional invalidation. Others are impacted by secondary trauma—especially those in caregiving or frontline roles—or feel overwhelmed by the emotional toll of the daily grind. Over time, these experiences can lead to anxiety, depression, burnout, or a sense of emotional numbness and disconnection from themselves and others.

I create a therapeutic space rooted in safety, empathy, and collaboration. My approach draws from trauma-centered, psychodynamic, and solution-focused therapies to help clients explore how past and present stressors shape their emotional world. Whether we are unpacking deep-rooted trauma or navigating the exhaustion of daily life, I work to help clients identify patterns, reconnect with their values, and build practical coping strategies that support meaningful change.
