Dorothy Arrington, M. S. LPC- Associate Supervised By Gabrielle Rendon LPC-S

I specialize in counseling children, adolescents, and women, and I’m passionate about creating a relaxed, safe, and supportive environment where individuals can explore their emotions, overcome challenges, and build the tools they need to lead more fulfilling lives.

My focus is on establishing trust and empowering my clients to tap into their inner strength. Whether I’m helping a child navigate their emotions or supporting a woman through complex relationship issues, I approach each session with both nurturing care and professional expertise.

Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play and Art Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused techniques, I help my clients—both women and children—develop practical coping strategies for managing anxiety, depression, grief, self-harm, suicidal ideation and relationship struggles.

Above all, I strive to provide a relaxed, safe, nurturing space where young people can express themselves, build resilience, and develop the coping strategies they need for the future.
