I use a holistic healing approach. We will work together integrating mind-body techniques, to promote your wellness. I utilize a variety of treatment techniques including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy), and Solution Focused Therapy during sessions.
Based on my knowledge and experience I can help you lay out a personalized road map, tailored to your needs, enabling you to develop the awareness, behaviors and confidence that will lead to greater happiness.
